We want you to love what you buy from ElectromarteStore but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product.

  • The product is eligible for return (some items can’t be returned).

What Can’t Be Returned?

To protect the health and safety of our customers (and keep things fair), we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/manuals.

  • Personal care items, software with exposed license keys, or items marked “non-returnable”.

  • Orders returned after the 7-day return window.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’ll happily exchange it for the right one at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or SMS. If approved, your refund will be processed:

  • Via your original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Return Shipping

  • If the return is our fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping.

  • If it’s a change-of-mind return, the customer covers the return shipping.
